1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Naravio ("Service"), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Naravio is an AI-powered platform that helps people create and publish LinkedIn content in their own voice. The Service includes:
- LinkedIn profile and post analysis, and your Content OS (voice and strategy profile)
- AI-generated post drafts, refinement, and Check Score on eligible plans
- Topic ideas and content pillars
- A content calendar with scheduling and publishing to your connected LinkedIn account
- Profile optimization and profile scoring, including the free LinkedIn Profile Score tool
Features and limits vary by plan, as shown on our pricing page.
3. Account Registration
To use the app you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Keep your account credentials secure
- Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
You can register with Google or with an email and password.
4. Your Content and LinkedIn Data
- You authorize us to access the public information on the LinkedIn profile you provide, including its posts, to analyze your writing.
- You keep ownership of your original content, including everything you write and publish.
- You grant us a limited license to process your content to provide and improve the Service for you.
- Drafts generated by the Service are provided for your use.
- You are solely responsible for anything you publish on LinkedIn or elsewhere, including AI-generated content.
5. LinkedIn Connection and Publishing
Connecting your LinkedIn account is optional and is only needed for scheduling and publishing. If you connect it:
- You authorize Naravio to publish to your LinkedIn account the posts you schedule or choose to publish, at the times you set, and nothing else.
- You are responsible for the content of those posts and for making sure they comply with LinkedIn's rules.
- A scheduled post can fail to publish, for example if your LinkedIn connection has expired, LinkedIn is unavailable, or LinkedIn rejects the content. We retry once and show the status in the app, but we do not guarantee that any post will be published at a particular time.
- LinkedIn controls its own platform, limits and policies and may change or restrict access at any time. We are not responsible for those decisions.
- You can disconnect LinkedIn at any time in Settings.
Naravio is not affiliated with or endorsed by LinkedIn.
6. Subscriptions and Payments
- The Free plan includes limited monthly posts and features.
- The Pro and Growth plans offer higher limits and additional features, billed monthly or yearly.
- Payments are processed securely by Razorpay.
- Paid subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel.
- You can cancel at any time in Settings. You keep access until the end of your current billing period.
- We may change prices or plan limits with reasonable notice. Changes apply from your next billing period.
Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to create spam, deceptive or harmful content
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity or results
- Violate LinkedIn's terms or any other platform's terms
- Attempt to reverse engineer, hack or compromise the Service
- Use automated systems or bulk requests to access the Service or the free profile score tool without permission
- Share your account credentials or resell access to the Service
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
8. AI-Generated Content
- Content is generated from your Content OS and the inputs you provide.
- Naravio does not verify facts. You provide your own stories, results and claims, and you must review and edit everything before publishing.
- We do not guarantee accuracy, appropriateness or quality, or any outcome such as reach, engagement or leads.
- You are responsible for making sure published content complies with applicable laws.
9. Free LinkedIn Profile Score Tool
The profile score tool gives an automated, informational assessment of a public LinkedIn profile. Scores are estimates, not a guarantee of results and not a judgment of any person. By entering your email address you agree that we may email you the report and occasional LinkedIn tips, and you can stop them by replying "unsubscribe". Usage limits apply.
10. Intellectual Property
Naravio and its original content, features and functionality are owned by Naravio and protected by intellectual property laws. Our AI prompts, algorithms and interface design remain our exclusive property.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee that:
- The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
- Generated content will be accurate or suitable for your needs
- Posts will be published by LinkedIn at any particular time, or at all
- Any particular results will be achieved
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NARAVIO IS NOT LIABLE FOR:
- Indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, data or business opportunities
- Damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service
- Content published by you using the Service, or actions taken by LinkedIn
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Naravio and its team from claims, damages, losses or expenses arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third party's rights
- Content you publish using the Service
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. You can stop using the Service at any time, cancel a subscription in Settings, and ask us to delete your account by emailing info@naravio.com. On termination:
- Your right to use the Service ends
- We will handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy
- Remaining subscription time is not refunded unless required by law or covered by our Refund Policy
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms. We will notify you of material changes by email or in the Service. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the new Terms.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes will be resolved in the courts of India.
