Summary: We use your LinkedIn profile and posts to learn your voice, and with your permission we publish posts to LinkedIn for you. We do not sell your data. You can export your data and disconnect LinkedIn in Settings, and you can ask us to delete your data any time by emailing info@naravio.com.
1. Introduction
Naravio ("we", "our", or "us") provides an AI-powered LinkedIn content service. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It covers the Naravio website, the Naravio app, and our free LinkedIn Profile Score tool. Naravio is not affiliated with or endorsed by LinkedIn.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information you provide
- Account information: your name and email address, and a password if you register with email. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile picture.
- Your content: the thoughts you type, drafts, edits, feedback on drafts, scheduled posts, images you attach, and your answers about your goals and audience.
- Payment information: payments are handled by Razorpay. We receive your plan, billing status and payment references, and we never see or store your card details.
- Messages and forms: anything you send through our contact, feature request or affiliate forms.
2.2 LinkedIn information
Public profile data. When you give us a LinkedIn profile link, we collect the public information on that profile: name, headline, About section, photo, work experience, skills, posts, and the engagement counts on those posts. We use a data-collection service provider to retrieve it. We never ask for your LinkedIn password.
If you connect your LinkedIn account. Connecting is optional and is only needed for scheduling and publishing. Through LinkedIn sign-in we receive your name, email address, profile picture and LinkedIn member ID, and we store the access token LinkedIn issues so we can publish the posts you schedule. We only publish content you have scheduled. You can disconnect at any time in Settings, which removes the stored token from Naravio. You can also remove Naravio's access from your LinkedIn account settings.
2.3 Images attached to posts
Images you attach to a post are stored so they can be published. We delete the stored file about 7 days after the post is published or fails permanently.
2.4 Free LinkedIn Profile Score tool
If you use the profile score tool, you give us an email address and a LinkedIn profile link, with no account needed. We read the public profile data described above, generate a scorecard, and email it to you. We store your email, the profile link, the collected profile data and the results. If the same profile is scored again within 24 hours we reuse the stored result. We may also send you occasional LinkedIn tips. Reply to any of our emails with "unsubscribe" to stop them.
2.5 Collected automatically
- Device and browser information, and usage events such as the features you use.
- Your IP address. On the profile score tool we keep it only in hashed form, to limit abuse.
- Technical error reports, which can include your user ID and email address.
- Cookies and similar technologies, described in section 7.

4. AI Processing
To analyze your writing and generate content, we send relevant parts of your content to AI model providers (Anthropic and OpenAI) through their business APIs. Under their API terms, data sent this way is not used to train their models by default. We do not use your content to train models of our own. Your Content OS is stored in your account and is only used to serve you.
AI output can be wrong or inappropriate. You are responsible for reviewing anything before it is published.
5. Who We Share Data With
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run Naravio, and only as needed:
- Supabase: database, authentication, file storage and server functions. Our data is stored in India (Mumbai region).
- Anthropic and OpenAI: AI processing, described above.
- Razorpay: payment processing.
- Resend: sending our emails, including profile score reports.
- Google: sign-in with Google, and Google Analytics.
- PostHog and Sentry: product analytics and error monitoring.
- A data-collection service provider: retrieves public LinkedIn information when you import a profile or use the score tool.
- Hostinger: website hosting.
- LinkedIn: receives the posts you choose to publish through Naravio.
We may also disclose information when the law requires it or to protect our rights, and as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
6. Security
- All traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS), and our database provider encrypts stored data at rest.
- LinkedIn access tokens are kept in a restricted database table that only our server functions can read. They are never sent to your browser.
- Access to production systems is limited and monitored.
No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Cookies and Analytics
We use essential cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. We use Google Analytics and PostHog for analytics only after you accept the cookie banner. Your choice is saved in your browser, so you are asked once. If you decline, analytics stay off. To change your choice, clear this site's data in your browser and the banner will appear again.
8. How Long We Keep Data
- Account data, Content OS, drafts and generated content: until you delete them or your account.
- LinkedIn access token: until you disconnect LinkedIn or your account is deleted.
- Post images: deleted about 7 days after the post is published or fails permanently.
- Profile score scans: kept until you ask us to delete them.
- Payment records: as required by law, typically up to 7 years.
9. Your Rights and Choices
- Access and portability: in the app, go to Settings and choose Export My Data.
- Correction: edit your profile, strategy and content directly in the app.
- Deletion: email info@naravio.com from your registered address and we will delete your account data within 30 days, apart from records we must keep by law.
- Disconnect LinkedIn: do this in Settings at any time.
- Emails: reply "unsubscribe" to stop non-essential emails.
- Cookies: decline analytics through the cookie banner.
If you are in India, you also have rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, including to access, correct and erase your personal data and to have grievances addressed. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have similar rights, including to object to or restrict processing and to complain to your data protection authority.
10. International Transfers
Our primary database is in India. Some providers, including our AI and analytics providers, process data in other countries such as the United States. We rely on the safeguards and contractual commitments of those providers for these transfers.
11. Children's Privacy
Naravio is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has given us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as Naravio changes. We will notify you of material changes by email or in the service. The "Last updated" date above shows the latest revision.
