Naravio is an AI-powered content generation platform that helps users create LinkedIn posts based on their unique writing voice. The Service includes:
- LinkedIn profile and post analysis
- Voice profile creation and training
- AI-generated content suggestions
- Profile optimization recommendations
3. Account Registration
To use Naravio, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
You may register using Google OAuth or email/password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
4. User Content and LinkedIn Data
When you use our Service:
- You authorize us to access your public LinkedIn profile and posts for voice analysis
- You retain ownership of your original LinkedIn content
- You grant us a license to process your content for voice analysis purposes
- AI-generated content created by the Service is provided for your use
You are solely responsible for any content you publish on LinkedIn or other platforms, including AI-generated content.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
Naravio offers subscription-based plans:
- Free plan includes limited monthly posts and features
- Paid plans (Pro, Growth) offer increased limits and additional features
- Paid plans include a 7-day free trial period
- All payments are processed securely through Razorpay
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Settings
- Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your billing period
- We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice
6. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the Service to generate spam, misleading, or harmful content
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
- Violate LinkedIn's Terms of Service or any other platform's terms
- Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise the Service
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Share your account credentials with others
- Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
7. AI-Generated Content
Regarding AI-generated content:
- Content is generated based on your voice profile and inputs
- You should review and edit generated content before publishing
- We do not guarantee accuracy, appropriateness, or quality
- You are responsible for ensuring generated content complies with applicable laws
8. Intellectual Property
Naravio and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Naravio and are protected by intellectual property laws. Our AI models, algorithms, and user interface design remain our exclusive property.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee that:
- The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
- Generated content will be accurate or suitable for your needs
- The Service will meet your specific requirements
- Results from using the Service will be achieved
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NARAVIO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service
- Content published by you using our Service
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Naravio, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Content you publish using our Service
12. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page. Upon termination:
- Your right to use the Service will immediately cease
- We may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy
- Remaining subscription time will not be refunded unless required by law
13. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of India.
