1. Subscription Plans
Naravio offers subscription-based plans (Free, Pro, and Growth). Please note:
- Paid plans include a 7-day free trial period
- After the trial, subscriptions renew automatically each month
- You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings
- Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your billing period
2. Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund in the following situations:
- Technical Failure: If your subscription was not activated after successful payment
- Double Charge: If you were charged multiple times for a single subscription
- Service Unavailability: If the service was completely unavailable for an extended period (more than 24 hours) during your billing cycle
- Unauthorized Transaction: If someone subscribed on your account without authorization
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be provided for:
- Subscription time that has already elapsed
- Dissatisfaction with AI-generated content quality
- Failure to cancel before renewal date
- Change of mind after the 7-day trial period
- Inability to use the service due to your technical issues
- Violation of Terms of Service leading to account suspension
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:

- Include your registered email address
- Provide the Razorpay payment ID or transaction reference
- Describe the reason for your refund request
- Submit your request within 7 days of the transaction
5. Refund Process
Once we receive your refund request:
- We will review your request within 3-5 business days
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
- You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed
- Bank processing times may vary (typically 5-10 business days)
6. Partial Refunds
In some cases, we may offer a partial refund:
- If service issues affected only part of your billing cycle
- Pro-rated refunds for extended service outages
Partial refund amounts will be calculated based on the remaining days in your billing cycle.
7. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time:
- Go to Settings and click "Cancel Subscription"
- You will retain access to paid features until the end of your billing period
- No further charges will be made after cancellation
- You can resubscribe at any time
- Account deletion is separate from cancellation and is permanent
